The regional market is managed and controlled through an extensive input shops’ chain, where we have 5 agro-input shops spread over 5 major farming districts of Mbale, Jinja, Nwoya, Lira and Nebbi to supply the west Nile region. We also operate in tree nurseries in the Nwoya district and Mbale districts. We have avocado (hass), mango (mainly; Kent, keit, apple, ngowe, kakule and boribo varieties), passionfruit, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts and timber trees like eucalyptus, and pine.

With the processing facility located in Bukedea a region selected based on the reliable supply of raw materials (maize and sorghum), we are also involved in agro-processing. The store is currently used to bulk maize grain and sorghum.

The main processing products are maize flour sold in the eastern region and maize bran which we are selling to local millers within the eastern region.
